Sue has lived in Shelf and been with the Shelf practice since 1985. She joined the Patient Reference Group at its inception to bring a patient’s view to the table and to give honest and open feedback on the surgery as a whole.
She works with the Caritas team to understand the constraints upon them and hopes to be able to improve services for patients in Shelf. Sue is happy for you to contact her if you would like to ask a question or see what it’s like to be a Patient representative.

Mark Fennelly
Mark joined the group in 2011. Mark lives in Boothtown and got involved after having a positive experience with a long term condition and felt that men were underrepresented and not good at advocating for their own health. He joined to help promote better engagement between the surgery and patients helping to improve the health of patients in Boothtown.
